The Bridge, the on-site dining room at Bridge House, has served food, refreshment, and accommodation in Bampton for over 100 years; in the early 1900s it was known as Cyclist's Rest. All food is made in house using seasonal ingredients from local Devon suppliers, and lunch includes Homemade Fish Fritters and Farmer's Sharing Board for 2 with Westcombe veal salami, Little Mead Gammon, Barber's Cheddar, Curworthy Devon Maid, and Dorset Blue Vinny. Drinks span Salcombe Brewery Pale Ale, Sandford Orchards Devon Red cider, and wines from small producers supplied by Sovereign Wines.

Rooms at Bridge House are named after local rivers and priced per room per night for bed and breakfast. Cast-iron beds are handmade in Cornwall, wool mattresses are British made, and individually handcrafted wool 'Devon duvets' keep sleepers cool in summer and warm in winter. The Batherm double room has a king-size bed, a window seat, and a large en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a separate shower.

Breakfast at Bridge House is served from 9.30am until 2pm, except Sundays, when a Sunday Roast is offered. The full English breakfast uses Little Mead sausage, bacon, and black pudding; other options include scrambled free-range eggs with Severn & Wye smoked salmon, homemade granola, porridge, Langage Farm natural yogurt with seasonal fruit, and toast with homemade bread and local honey. Guests who book directly receive a Devonshire Cream Tea on arrival.

The walled garden at Bridge House has outside seating, and the dining room at The Bridge and the front parlour have a log burner for colder months. Secure bike storage is available for cyclists heading into Exmoor National Park. The guest rooms use British-made bathroom fittings, period lighting, and Farrow and Ball colours.
